Dreamweaver is the software that I use to build web pages and websites. Rather than using the WYSIWYG functionality, I use Dreamweaver in developer mode as a code editor to write validated and semantic HTML and CSS.
as an educator
I encourage my students to focus on the coding languages, rather than the software. However, Dreamweaver is a great tool that is included in Adobe CC which is free to ASU students, it integrates the other Adobe CC programs, Adobe Libraries, Adobe Fonts, and Adobe Stock.
